Saviance has a well defined quality policy of “Delivering Zero Bug Solutions - One Time and All Times”. This quality policy is supported by a quality organization reporting directly to the development (distinct centre) from the project organization.


The project organization typically consists of a quality assurance (QA) function. The QA typically assists the project team with white box testing.


The QA function is supplemented by development center level QC function. The QC function uses SRS as its inputs and prepares its own test plan, test cases & test date. A third party tool like Bugzilla is used at the testing environment. The QC test team serves as a ‘go’ or ‘no-go’ gate for all deliverables to move forward to the staging services.
The QC function is also involved in monitoring bugs for past customer delivery of the applications.
