Brig (Retd) V K Mahajan, possessing over 30 years of experience in the Indian Army, heads our Defence Vertical. Brig Mahajan had a distinguished defence career and is also credited with the start of NSG. His extensive experience in the defence forces has helped Saviance understand and address challenges that are unique to this arena. We have undertaken and successfully delivered exhaustive projects for both Indian as well as US defence Sectors, such as: National Defence College, New Delhi, India Foundation US,  USA

We are currently focussing on the training and development related activities of the Indian Defence sector. Taking the training and development one step ahead, Saviance has defined various processes such that the training delivery must meet a certain minimum threshold level in all cases.

Such processes cover the following:

• Training Plan - detailed at the granular level (with slots earmarked for lectures, case studies, mid- term and final exams) and separate slots earmarked for the under performers
• Training feedback forms - collected after each training session
• Training feedback inputs actions initiated and monitoring thereof
• Post training assessment of retention and achievement of PI's that may derived from the stipulated training objectives
