The client is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in the US Geography.

The Challenge

The client was experiencing problems in their Supply Chain subcontractor payment process.

The Solution

We did a six sigma project which was led by a certified black belt from our organization. New operating procedures and standards were developed. An innovative solution was suggested with a pilot project for a web based self service solution for Supplier Relationship Management.
