The Challenge
For each product, the sales teams were making calls and tracking leads in Excel spreadsheets which were then emailed to supervisors. There was no central view of the data and no way to track the leads to closure in an integrated system.
The Solution
We built – SMS – Sales Management System, which integrates Lead Management System, Newsletter Management System and Contacts Management System.
The Leads Management System can add/delete leads, Track against Check-points in the Sales Cycle for each Lead, enables Uploading supporting documents relevant to each Check-point and lets the user update status of each Lead.
This allows –Statistics, Reports and Day-to-day Tracking on all Lead Data.
The supervisors can - Identify number of Sales Conversions, Identify typical types of non-Conversion and Determine Conversion Efficiency.
The system provides Strategic and Financial benefits for the company.
The Operational efficiency is highly increased as user can now Track the Sales Cycle closely, Maintain entire Lead History online for easy reference, Provide a Knowledge Transfer mechanism, Track status of each Lead and Get aggregated statistics on Conversions and Easy reference repository for a highly mobile Sales Force.
