The Client

The Institute is fully backed and supported by the Jaypee Group of Companies who recognizes the role of IT and emerging technologies in improving the quality of life of the people in India. With the thought of using technology and management effectively, the visionary founder of the JSS, ShriJaiprakash Gaur set up 3 higher technical institutes to host the best of faculty, students and educational infrastructure to ensure creation, generation, dissemination and application of knowledge to mould the world leaders of tomorrow.

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) was the first amongst three Institutes of higher technical education, raised by the JaiprakashSewaSansthan (JSS).

Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology(JIET), Guna was established in the year 2003 based on the MOU signed between JaiprakashSewaSansthan (a not-for-profit trust) and the Government of Madhya Pradesh with an aim of becoming a Center of Excellence in Engineering and Technology.

The Challenge

To develop a comprehensive alumni portal to reach out to the Alumni of all three institutes and engage them with the current updates and happenings at their respective institutes.

The Solution

The Alumni portal provides a unified look and feel for all three institutes. The students have access to a wide variety of Social Media features like events, photo galleries, Blogs and Discussion Forums. They can also give back to their college by signing up for Mentorships and Guest Lectures.
