The client is a leading US-based provider of telecom-software solutions, operations and support systems (OSS) and intelligent network (IN) systems, telecom consulting and research services. The company has customers in both the fixed line and wireless markets.
The Challenge
The company was looking to outsource the entire staffing function for their Customer Care Call Center in US.
The Solution
We established an onsite, off-shore model for delivery and transitioned a team of people from another service provider to our payroll. Our employees got a Fortune 500 benefits package and we did additional staffing assignment for the client to add team members and provide replacements.
