Knowledge of any Software best practices model (CMMi) Exposure to the IT Services/IT Enabled Services industry is desired but not essential Self Driven (Initiate & Drive Things To Closure) Result Focused (Maintain High Quality & Aggressiveness Of Delivery) Excellent communication and problem solving abilities Good Change Management Skills

Facilitate application compliance audits by internal & external management. Ensuring action plan are made on gaps identified during compliance audits & are tracked to closure Recognize early warning signals that could result in delays and risks and take corrective actions including escalating to the right level Facilitate development/maintenance teams in Business Units and Corporate on Process implementation. Work towards awareness through trainings and interface with the development teams for process improvement. Conduct reviews, present the findings in dashboards and drive the action items to closure. Conduct internal compliance audits in NCR & remote geo’s for Access management & Data privacy as per the calendar. Establish, Implement & maintain standardized organization-wide policies and procedures for Software Application control & Compliance framework Ensure awareness on application compliance in the organization by training business / application owners / nominated SPOCs. Ensure process documentation & revision control. Drive IT/ISS groups to ensure that development, testing, production environments are compliant to Application Compliance requirements Understand the operations and the business environment
