environment, Strong Knowledge

practices, Experience of
Banking & Financial process,
Managing a team of frontline
supervisors (TL/DM/Lead etc.),
Working Knowledge of
budgeting, cost estimating,
capacity utilization
principles and procedures,
Experience in Semi Tech and
Insurance Process (Property
and Casualty).
The candidates should be able
to manage the overall
personnel, performance, and
discipline in the assigned areas.
Manage all client interaction
and client communication.
Should front end the
relationship with the client
Provide advice and assistance
to senior management in the
planning, implementation, and
evaluation / modifications to
existing operations, systems,
and procedures.
Must have handled more than
100 –150 CCE’s
Skill in examining and
re-engineering operations and
procedures
