The Sales Manager will be in the leadership position and top management of the company at the General Manager/
Vice President Level.
As the core management team member he will motivate and lead the people to deliver on the desired results.
He will be responsible of meeting the targets and making sure that the operations are running smoothly between the
Global teams. Performance orientation is critical.
With a deep understanding of the technical recruitment process he will be able to guide and advise the Senior team
members on the afternoon/night-shift.
We are looking for self motivated, independent, go getters who have the experience of working in cross functional
teams and experience with ISO/ITIL/CMMi and Six Sigma methodologies.
Fast track to US/UK projects including travel/transfer to UK/USA locations is available.
Must be able to resource for current and immediate UK/US requirements ( IT skills) and manage a team size of 3-5
people each in 3-4 teams and growing to overall 80-120 people.
Must have 6-10 years of excellent corporate experience with an established track record in recruiting, operations and
Management.
Must be process oriented and must be able to work in a structured environment.
Should be able to lead a team to recruit IT talent, through online job boards and vendor partnerships.
Should have handled client submission, screening candidates, rate negotiations , interview coordinations and detailed
reporting
Will be responsible to guide/ help/ mentor the teams
Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in an IT Consulting and Staffing business, handling all aspects of the recruitment
process
Ability to understand the technical requirements & guide the team
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
