* Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology sales experience, marketing IT solutions and technical resources (i.e.
- staff augmentation). Experience in the sale and marketing of Professional Services and Solutions is REQUIRED.
Additionally a minimum of 2 years of management experience is required.
* Knowledge of enterprise and IT skills.
* Identification of new clients and opportunities, prospecting and lead management.
* Exceptional ability to develop new customer relationships and maintain existing relationships with client decision
makers.
* Proven track record in spearheading and managing business development initiatives; excellent prospecting and
closing skills.
* A team player; aggressive and a self-starter, superior oral and written, proposal preparation and presentation skills.
Ability to creatively resolve people and project related issues..
* Focused on meeting client expectations; maintain prompt / open communications with clients and provide them with
accurate and timely information.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Successful candidates will possess a basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning Applications (PeopleSoft,
Lawson, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle), Customer Relationship Management Applications (Siebel, PeopleSoft,
Microsoft), Database Administration (Oracle, Microsoft, IBM), ERP System Administration, Network
Administration, Project Management and Application Development (C/S & Web-based).
Desired Candidate Profile
* Should have met or exceeded $2M per annum sale quota in the previous assignments.
* Strong Rolodex of prospective customers, preferably the Fortune 2000 companies
* Experience of selling IT Consulting services to multiple verticals (Banking, Finance, HealthCare, Transportation,
Telecommunication, Education etc.,)
* Excellent presentation, communication, business proposal and negotiation skills
* Excellent business sense in identification of opportunities, ability to propose convincing solutions to the prospects
and closing deals
* Should be a team player with ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
