-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
-5+Years of ETL developer experience
-2+Years of Informatica experience is a must
-3+Years of SQL Server experience
-DTS intermediate to expert level
-Expert in stored procedures and SQL coding
-Experience with large databases with high transaction volume in a fast-paced, production environment
-Query performance tuning
-Data Modeling
-Data Mart design (Star/Snowflake schema etc)
-Strong Data Analysis skills
-Excellent problem-solving skills, a self-starting attitude and good communication skills are essential.

-A senior ETL Developer to be part of a team of ETL Developers within DSSG Technology. DSSG Technology teams function is to primarily support Regional Banking with reporting
and data analysis on areas such as compliance, teller scheduling, store performance, recruiting etc. We are looking for dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual
with good communication skills and positive attitude. Prior experience in an ETL environment is a must, with a minimum 5 years of ETL and 2+ years of Informatica experience.
-Work with business users to clarify ETL requirements and business rules
-Design, develop, implement, and assist in validating ETL processes
-Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation requirements.
-Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune ETL processes.
-Document all ETL related work per company's methodology
-Optimize SQL code
-Maintain existing code and fix bugs whenever needed
-Ensure that all timelines of loading/validating data are met
-Ensure smooth functioning of our development, QA, production and staging environments
